A 630 year old Barn, set in a beautiful quite hamlet providing the perfect setting for Wedding Receptions from April -End of September. Our Venue is a venue only. giving couples the opportunity to style and work with there suppliers of their choice.

The Barn consists of a Barn, Granary and courtyard. Within the Hamlet of the Barn Is a beautiful Manor House Famous for several reasons none less than two British prime minsters have resided there.
St Bartholomews Church also located in the hamlet is one of the smallest churches in England and listed in the Doomsday book. This is also available to book for weddings allowing you if you wanted to have your whole wedding day in one place.
Photographers love the pretty back drop of the village: Kissing trees, Tall barn doors, Open fields there is no shortage of great backdrops.
There is a genuine sense of calm here.
The area has limited passing traffic.
The Barn stays very cool on hot days.
We are 10 minutes from Guildford Town or Farnham by car.
It really feels like you are in the middle of no where.

The Wedding Team are passionate about supporting you in making your event the best it can be and supporting with supplier visits to the barn viewings etc.

Our price of £2250 includes a day to se up the Wedding event The day of the event and a day to clear down the event.
You can pay an extra £350 to extend your clear up day.
We ask for a £350 damages deposit which will be returned the day after your event.
The cost is the same for a weekday or weekend wedding.
