About Elms Meadow Tipi Weddings & Events
In the heart of the countryside lies Elms Meadow, located on a working Northamptonshire farm. Whether you’re looking for an informal wedding with a summer barbeque or a more formal event, Elms Meadow is the perfect choice for your special day. Our four giant interlinked Nordic-style tipis offer a unique experience with a variety of seating options, rustic bar, indoor and outdoor fire pits and stunning countryside views, providing a unique place for special memories for you, and up to 150 guests.
The venue hire includes the following:
- Four spacious giant tipi hats
- Beautiful wooden flooring throughout
- Access for 4 hours the day prior to the wedding for set up
- Access from 9am until 12:30am on the day of your wedding
- Access from 10am - 12pm the day after your wedding to clear away
- 18 tables
- 36 benches
- 15 chairs
- Fairy lights decorating most of the poles
- Bar set up
- We offer a pay bar which accepts both cash and card payments
- Toilet facilities
- Reliable power supply provided by a silent running generator
- Ample parking space
- A selection of tables, trunks and suitcases for display purposes
- Indoor and outdoor fire pit
- Outdoor seating and tables
Please note the tipis can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 110 guests when seated, 150 overall.
Regarding catering, we have a list of local caterers on our website. However you are free to choose any caterer who has a food hygiene rating and appropriate insurance.
