How wedding furniture hire can transform your wedding

Whether you're choosing a dry hire venue that needs furniture hire, or you're just looking at hiring wedding venue to transform the look of your big day, there are lots of practical tips to take into account! We spoke to Ruby from Rosetone to find out more about wedding furniture hire...

What are your tops tips for brides when choosing a table layout? 

When it comes to choosing a wedding table layout, it really comes down to your venue space and how many guests you are seating. If you have the luxury of space at your wedding venue, it would be more beneficial to go for a bigger table such as a 6ft round table or an 6ft x 3ft table to give your guests more comfort and room. Not only this, it can really broaden your ability to dress your tables.

If you would like everyone to be seated together, we would recommend the trestle banqueting tables as these give you the ability to have 2 or 3 long aisles of seating. Should you want to seat people with their friends and family together with their own bit of privacy at your wedding, we would suggest the round banqueting tables. Whether you choose to go with round tables or trestle tables, the pricing doesn’t differ drastically.

How can your table layout affect your table décor?

Your table layout and table size can really affect your options when it comes to choosing your table décor. With a larger size table, you can add more décor such as charger plates, florals and name cards or stationery. With a smaller table, these options are still available however you will have less room per guest. 

In terms of the table layout, having round tables can really help when you're looking to create something arty and a bit different. For example, we recently had a bride that chose a different linen colour for each table to create a beautiful rainbow of colours in her setting. With banqueting trestle tables, you can still create a beautiful setting, but you will most likely need the same linen for the longer tables.

What kinds of chairs are available to hire for brides?

What are the options when it comes to top table layout?

For top tables, you can go simple or go glam! Our luxury chairs are perfect for top tables, especially our White Louis Chairs with Arms. We would suggest a long banqueting trestle table for your top tables, dressed in linen and decorated with charger plates. Our chairs can even be dressed up with Bride and Groom décor and have been in the past. Your top table is the chance for you to really dress it up and make it as glamorous as possible for your top wedding guests!
