Every bride deserves to feel like a Princess on her wedding day. Adorning your hair with crystals and pearls in the form of luxury headpieces will definitely give you the ultimate Princess feel. At the National Wedding Show we came across a large number of luxury headwear stands; we identified three main trends which will suit varying bridal styles.\n

Old Hollywood Glamour - If you're looking for something different, then decadent head jewellery is a great alternative to traditional bridal headwear. We were thrilled to get a sneak peak at Mia Monica's 'Viva' collection at The National Wedding Show. Describing her designs as 1920s Art Deco inspired, her fabulous draped Swarovski crystal headpieces are elegant and sophisticated, adding the perfect touch of Hollywood glamour to any wedding theme. The range also offers a selection of body jewellery - ideal for adding a bit of 1920s sparkle to a more simple wedding gown.

Regal Elegance - If you're looking for something striking then why not consider a tiara for ultimate regal glamour. Ivory & Co showcased their varied collection of elegant bridal headpieces at the National Wedding Show; their stunning tiaras replicated the regal elegance of real heirloom pieces. Their Enchanted Garden Collection was equally impressive, offering inspiring floral designs such as flower blossom and leaves. Such designs would be ideal for brides looking for bohemian-inspired styling for their big day.\n

The Vintage Look - For Brides who want to add some vintage glamour to their big day, headbands or birdcage veils are a great option.  ByHarriet presented their elaborate designs with a particular emphasis on luxurious vintage style pearls and sequins. They displayed some fabulous birdcage veils as well as their 'Deco Decadence' collection which focused more on pearl headbands.\nHeadpieces can make perfect accessories for your bridal outfit and can be tailored to suit your wedding day look. If you feel that the more dramatic and glamorous designs are too extravagant then a simple diamante hair comb or pin can add subtle elegance.\n
