Getting married is the biggest day of a woman’s life, so many brides take the opportunity to indulge in some pre-wedding beauty treatments. After meeting the lovely owner of VIVID Beauty at our UK Wedding Conference, we went to visit her salon to find out more about the latest beauty treatments on the market. The salon was beautifully decorated, with a stunning brick wall feature and luxurious individual treatment beds.

We were slightly hesitant about trying the new Nouveau lashes after hearing mixed reviews about eyelash extensions. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the results which lengthened the lashes with a natural and elegant finish. Extensions are an affordable option for brides who are looking for an alternative to fake eyelashes or are looking for a permanent mascara as well as extra length. Nouveau lashes are a fantastic option for your honeymoon as you don’t have to worry about applying mascara – you can go to sleep and wake up with extra luscious lashes!

Whilst Ali got herself some stunning new lashes, Jackie experienced an Indian head massage and an MDB (a 40 minute treatment which includes a cleanse & tone of the skin, micro dermabrasion & a mini lift mask to finish). Afterwards, she felt rejuvenated and relaxed. This is a great treatment for brides and bridesmaids who are seeking a pre-wedding pamper session.
