With a new year comes new wedding trends. From edgy coordinates to aerial photographs - 2015 is looking bigger and braver than ever.  If you're getting married this year, here are 8 top trends to watch out for:

The Two Piece - Out with the wedding dress and in with the two piece.  As designers get daring and brides get braver, the "co ordinate" fashion trend will be a popular option in 2015. Creating a stunning, less traditional look - the two piece is perfect for brides seeking something unique and classy.

"App" Wedding Planning - Say goodbye to the expense of a wedding coordinator, and hello to your iPhone.  With a growing number of wedding planning apps available for download, planning can start in the comfort of your own home with no price tag attached. The Guides for Brides App is top on iTunes, offering a task list and supplier shortlist as well as a budget planner and wedding countdown.

Selfie Sensation - With the extraordinary camera spec on modern day phones, people are able to capture those random special moments.  Taking a selfie takes the pressure off posing. With the increasing craze of the "selfie stick," which makes selfies that little bit easier, you and your fiancé can get creative with your save the date cards or invitations! They are also great for weddings, enabling fun and spontaneous group shots.

Detachable Decadence - For those wanting something unique, detachable tulle is becoming extremely popular for brides who want a big dress for their ceremony and something more chic for their reception!  You can go from fairytale fantasy to chic sophistication without even changing.

Sky-high Photographs - Fancy an aerial view of your big day? The latest gadget known as the "drone" is a modern technical genius; a clever remote control device which can soar into the sky (directed by you) and capture your wedding from above.  Drones are expensive, but come equipped with a good camera which is wirelessly linked to your phone, enabling you to snap away or create a video.  A great shot would be waving wedding guests captured from above!

The Naked Cake - Forget the traditionally iced victoria sponge wedding cake.  2015 encourages the rise of the naked cake; a cake which oozes British countryside with it's homemade freshly baked style.  With plenty of sponge and buttercream flavours, the options are endless!  If you're wanting to edge away from the traditional wedding cake, and are looking for something stunning with a modern twist then the naked cake is a winner.

The Second Dress - Finding THE dress can be very stressful as you may find it hard to choose between your two dream options.  2015 will see the rise of the second dress, with lots of brides changing post wedding breakfast for the evening reception. Sensible options would be something stylish, short and more simple than the first dress.  This will mean that you can dance the night away comfortably - making it easy to break out those dance moves.

Suspended Centrepieces - Forget table centrepieces being ON the table. In 2015, everything is looking up! Floating centrepieces suspended from the ceiling give a magical feel to any venue decor. Options include candles, lanterns, flower garlands or chandeliers; use your creativity and think outside the box to create a stunning and unique photo back drop for your wedding.
