Long sleeves
We all know that it was Kate Middleton that started certain wedding dress styles back in 2011, and since then - the styles have continued to grow in popularity. For 2018 however, we'll see sleeves spruced up with intricate detailing, feminine shapes, bell cuffs (following the 2017 trend) and even three quarter cuts. We love this take on the classic long sleeve which has become a timeless wedding dress style.Â

Cold shoulder
You won't have missed all the cold shoulder looks on the high street as summer approaches, and bridal wear is certainly no exception. This lowered neckline is super flattering, and allows you to combine the long sleeve trend, too.Â

Texture
We've seen lots of 3D appliqué in 2017 and we will continue to do so going into next year. Whether it's 3D flowers or layered lace, this is a really versatile 2018 trend. Bridal wear artisans embroider with pearls, crystals and beading for a truly spectacular look. If you don't want to add too much texture to your wedding dress, many designers are transferring this trend to wedding shoes for an on-trend alternative.Â

Neck Detailing
Choose an up-do for your wedding hair girls because it's going to be all about the neck in 2018. The plunging neckline will continue to be popular, but expect added extras for your décolletage such as capes and even feathers and additional lace.

Tulle
For an on-trend alternative to the traditional fairytale look, layer up the tulle and hug those curves. This trend is all about celebrating our contours while retaining a touch of that princess glamour. Expect more structure and volume for a truly flattering style. Â
