Terms and Conditions – The National Wedding Show Facebook Competition
1- The promoter for this competition is: Guides for Brides Ltd (company no. 3957394) whose registered office is at LARKHILL FARM, LARKHILL, WANTAGE, OX12 8PJ. The competition sponsor is Ocean Media Group Ltd (company no. 01680420) whose registered office is at PO BOX E14 9GE, SUITE 6.04 EXCHANGE TOWER HARBOUR EXCHANGE SQUARE, LONDON, ENGLAND, E14 9GE.
2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Guides for Brides Ltd or Ocean Media Group Ltd and their family members are not allowed to enter this competition. Their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition is also not allowed to enter.
3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are on the Facebook Post (link here when post is live). The competition is being run on Facebook and is in no way associated with or endorsed by Facebook.
6- A maximum of one entry will be accepted per person.
7- Closing date for entry will be 10th September 2021 at 12:00pm. After this date no further entries to the competition will be counted.
8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10- Guides for Brides Ltd and Ocean Media Group Ltd reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12- The prize is as follows: 25 winners will receive two tickets each to The National Wedding Show's London Olympia 2021 show. The prize for each winner is worth £34 (the value of two Standard Adult tickets). The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. A £1.50 transaction fee will be charged for processing when claiming the free tickets. Valid on Standard Adult tickets at the London Olympia 2021 show only.
13- The winners will be chosen at random using a random name selector tool.
14- The winners will be notified by being tagged in the comments of the competition post and via Direct Message on Facebook from The National Wedding Show within 2 working days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15- The winners will be given a voucher code to claim their prize. It is the responsibility of Ocean Media Group Ltd to get in touch with the winners directly to deliver the voucher codes.
16- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
18- The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20- Guides for Brides Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
21- Guides for Brides Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
22- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other Social Network it is promoted on. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at

23- Guides for Brides Ltd and Ocean Media Group Ltd cannot be held responsible for actions of accounts who may be impersonating the businesses and entrants should contact Guides for Brides Ltd directly if they are unsure about the legitimacy of the account (marketing@guidesforbrides.co.uk).
Please note: Entrants are advised to be vigilant of fake accounts who may try to impersonate Guides for Brides Ltd or The National Wedding Show. Entrants will never be asked to provide personal details or payment details to enter the competition. Guides for Brides Ltd and The National Wedding Show will never DM entrants directly about the competition until the winners have been announced publicly, ask entrants to follow accounts that are not highlighted in the competition post or register via a third party link.
