With less than a year to plan their wedding, Maria and Rob headed off to one of the Guides for Brides wedding fairs at the Compleat Angler at Marlow. By the end of the day they had booked their photographer and florist and found the suit hire company for the gentlemen. Next stop was the venue. ‘Waddesdon Manor Dairy was one of the first places we found - we fell in love with it immediately and booked it straight away,’ recalls Maria.
With the main suppliers sourced and booked, Maria turned her attentions to finding the perfect dress. ‘Friends recommended Marlow Wedding Centre and I found my dream dress there - classic and elegant, which was the overall theme of the wedding really. Not content with one however, I went on the hunt for another. I found my other ‘dream dress’ (the party version) at Stunning Bride in High Wycombe - an amazing shop with first class service. The second dress was kept a secret only to be revealed on the evening of the wedding.’
