January

Whilst Europe can be cold there are still a whole host of worldwide honeymoon locations to choose from January. The Caribbean is a popular choice in January because of the excellent climate and stunning beach environments, if you prefer sports and something a bit more exhilarating then places like Argentina, Brazil and Las Vegas are popular choices.

February

This is the month for people wanting Ski honeymoons. The Canadian and USA slopes are at their best making these destinations a great choice for Ski fans. It is also a great time to enjoy the natural beauty of Canada. Ride the railroads on the Rocky Mountaineer to places like Banff, Jasper National Park, Calgary and Vancouver. If sunshine is what you’re looking for then the Caribbean is a top destination choice for February.

March

March is full of the joys of spring, celebrations and festivals take place across many places in the world. Jamaica’s Montego Beach has a carnival atmosphere and fantastic weather and Hawaii also has excellent weather. For a Safari and beach combination then Kenya is the ideal destination. Dubai is the leader in hours of sunshine with 10.

April

Southern Europe enjoys warm climates in April with Turkey now starting to get hotter without it being packed with tourists. Jamaica, St Lucia, Barbados, Cayman Island, Grenada offer honeymoon couples fantastic venues and weather fit for paradise.

May

A great month to explore beaches in California and take in the hottest coast weather. But maybe you prefer something a little different? How about a honeymoon in China? Beijing and it's Forbidden City would make any honeymoon one to remember.

June

The Maldives offers water villas on the Indian Ocean and white sandy beaches while Mauritius experiences very little rainfall in June. South Africa has Safaris, divine hotels, amazing beaches and an average temperature of 30⁰C – Perfect!

July

Prices can increase due to the school holidays, but places like Southern France and Italy in July have the perfect climate for a visit. Australia has just started to cool down (slightly) and has some great offers, whilst places like Malaysia and Indonesia have stunning weather for those sun seekers.

August

African wildlife opens the door to the tourism industry that includes gorilla tracking in Uganda and other unbeatable animals/whale spotting from Namibia to Kenya to Mozambique. Have you ever thought about visiting the magnificent Skeleton coast? The seal pup migration is one of the most romantic photo opportunities on the planet.

September

Mauritius and the Maldives enjoy superb weather in September and places like the Seychelles and Hawaii can also be a great location for a September honeymoon. Masai Mara or Kruger in southern Africa offers luxury hotels and amazing photo opportunities of rare wildlife to make the honeymoon unforgettable.

October

St Lucia, Jamaica, Cuba, Mexico and Maldives are the most popular for beach honeymoons in October due to the spectacular weather. But also throw in high class resorts, romantic surroundings and secluded beaches and you’ve got an amazing honeymoon setting.

November

Again the Caribbean is hugely popular and is always an ideal location to start off married life. Top hotels like Plantation Beach Club, Jamaica and Anse Chastanet, St Lucia are favourites with honeymooners.

December

A Golden Triangle tour in India is ideal in December. Take in the riches of Rajasthan for a taste of the real India – temperatures of around 30⁰C and attractions like the Taj Mahal is the perfect way to round off your trip. New York might be freezing but for those who enjoy a little more hustle and bustle, you don’t get any better than Times Square or a romantic stroll through Central Park. The Far East is an excellent choice because whilst everywhere seems to put the prices up at Christmas, the Far East is still very reasonable.
