Looking for your perfect wedding dress? We are so pleased that bridal boutiques can finally reopen in England. We spoke to the team at TDR Bridal to celebrate their Halesowen boutique re-opening and discussed what you can expect from your magical, yet COVD-safe bridal appointment...
\nWe are super excited that we can FINALLY reopen on Monday 12th April! We can finally welcome our brides back to the world of TDR and get back to creating memories and celebrating these huge life moments with the ones you love… we just cannot wait!Â
We know this has been a very anxious time for all you lovely brides out there and here at TDR, we want you to know we have taken EVERY precaution to ensure we are as safe as possible, to protect both our Brides and our Team. We have an online booking system in place for our brides to secure their appointment as well.
COVID-Safe Bridal Appointments at TDR Bridal
Instead of the usual hugs we’re doing jazz hands, or air kisses or a similar alternative, and obviously at a respectful distance! We are washing our hands like there’s no tomorrow - so please don’t be offended when we ask you to wash yours, too, before your appointment starts.

We have ramped-up our already very high level of deep cleaning and are sanitising all areas, surfaces, door handles etc, not only when we open and close but also during the day before and after all of our appointments. But that's not all...
- We are taking scanned temperature on arrival and only allowing maximum two guests per bride for appointments in the shop.Â
- Each member of staff will have designated suite for the day, with a mask and a visor.Â
- Each guest will be given a visor &/ mask to wear if they haven't bought their own.Â
- Until further notice, we ask all customers NOT to bring more than two guests with them when they visit our store.Â
- However, we do have Google Portals and iPads available for all six bridal suites, where you can Video Call up to 6-8 people so they feel involved in your very important decision!
- We also ask that you or your guests do NOT attend ANY appointment - even your dress fitting - if you are experiencing any of the Covid-19 symptoms. Please call us to cancel and keep us informed as to how you are - we’ll book you back in once you’re better.
Just as you have friends and family you’d like to protect, so do we. When they’re not helping you with your gown, our consultants and seamstresses have children or parents of their own who they need to look after.
The health of our lovely staff is of paramount importance and we will do everything in our power to protect them.
BUT... This is still where the magic happens!
Most importantly, we want you to know that WE PROMISE that the extra precautions we have put in place WILL NOT dull the sparkle!
