No matter how prepared, excited and ready you are for your big day you will get a case of wedding jitters so you need to stay relaxed on your big day as things will inevitably go wrong so just remember to keep calm and carry on! Here are some important tips so you don’t get frazzled on your wedding day.

Firstly, get your posture aligned which is good as it helps you to stay calm as hunched shoulders affect stress levels which adds to tension. A good way to start your wedding day is having a bubble bath, doing yoga or mediation as this will help you to focus on one thing at a time. Also, a great way to feel organised is by making a time schedule so you know what time things are happening during the day and make sure you have thoroughly planned your make up routine in advance so you know that you will achieve the natural and sophisticated look.

Even if you don’t feel hungry at all it is important to eat a good breakfast as no one wants to see a bride faint down the aisle! At the beginning of the day, think about yourself so when you look perfect you can then start to focus on other people like the guests and bridesmaids. Good timing is an essential tip to stay calm on your wedding day so leave for the venue with plenty of time to spare, preferably an hour. Your job as a bride is to enjoy the day so if anything goes wrong just laugh it off so it creates a warm and friendly atmosphere for your guests. By focusing on other people it helps to calm down so try and talk to each guest so they feel an important part of your day.

Follow these tips so you can enjoy your special day with elegance and grace!
