Our Customer Service Awards 2019 were a resounding success this year - but we wouldn't have been able to create such a fabulous event without our Awards partners, suppliers and judges. Find out who made the night a success below, and check out the evening's winners here.
The Suppliers
The Bodleian Libraries
For our Customer Service Awards this year, we went back to our roots with an Oxfordshire venue - namely, the incredible Bodleian Libraries in central Oxford. Our sit down meal took place in the modern Blackwell Hall in the Weston Library, a bright and airy space that's able to seat 250 guests for dinner or 450 for drinks. We then moved to the iconic Divinity School over the road for the Awards Ceremony itself. The Divinity School is the university’s oldest teaching and examination room, dating from the 1500s, and made a real impact on every guest as they entered. We heard from many of the attendees that the venue was fantastic this year, and we would like to thank The Bodleian Libraries for their help on the night.

Nigel Chapman Photography
With excellent knowledge and experience, Nigel Chapman mainly covers wedding photography in the United Kingdom but has travelled to photograph weddings as far afield as South Africa. He was our resident photographer for our Customer Service Awards and did a fabulous job of capturing all the best moments (and outfits!) of the night. You can see his handiwork from the evening in the images in this article!
Peter Edge - Laughter of Ceremonies
With over thirty years of public speaking experience, Peter has a remarkable reputation when it comes to events, which is why we chose him to help host our Awards Ceremony in the Divinity School. He kept everyone laughing throughout the night and did a great job with the responsibility of announcing the lucky winners! Peter Edge is available as a wedding master of ceremonies and speech consultant.
Visually Sound
Visually Sound has over seventeen years of bespoke events service experience, and can transform an evening reception with bespoke lighting and their brilliant DJ service. Thank you Visually Sound for providing us with your services for the Customer Service Awards this year! The Divinity School looked all the more amazing for the lighting and the music went down a storm.

The Blue Lion Band
The Blue Lion Band are live music experts that are able to start any party with their energy and their dancefloor fillers. It was wonderful to not only have them entertaining everyone with their set during the seated dinner, but they were also the winners of our Music category on the night! Congratulations and thank you to The Blue Lion Band.

Flowers by Kirsty
Oxfordshire wedding florists Flowers by Kirsty have created beautiful floral arrangements for hundreds and hundreds of couples since starting up business in 2013. They were a natural choice for our Awards Evening, and we'd like to thank the team for creating some stunning floral centrepieces for our tables at Blackwell Hall.
Chris Head Magic
Having had a passion for magic for many years, Chris Head became a serious performer of close up magic in 2013. Since then, Chris has attended and entertained guests at many weddings, as well as our Customer Service Awards! We hear that he was responsible for many dropped jaws throughout the night...
Freezeframe Photobooths
Freezeframe Photobooths provide everything you might need for your wedding day to capture your memories in a unique way, including photobooths, mirror booths and selfie pods. At the Customer Service Awards this year they entertained everyone with their photobooth in the Divinity School, which definitely made for some memorable photos!
