About The Customer Service Awards
Just before the peak of wedding season kicks off, we host our Customer Service Awards. At this national event, your wedding suppliers get dressed up and head for an evening of celebrations, raising a glass to the other fantastic wedding businesses and most importantly, to receive an award for incredible customer service.
From wedding venues to cake makers, it is the perfect opportunity for suppliers to stand out amongst their peers, and be recognised for all their hard work - with a glass of champers in hand, too!
How to help your wedding venue and suppliers be recognised and rewarded
All wedding venues and suppliers who are Guides for Brides members have the opportunity to be recognised and rewarded at this annual event. Our prestigious award recognises those who have received excellent reviews from real couples just like you.
The question is, how can you help? If you've had an amazing wedding supplier - you need to vote for them! Simply head to our review pages and find your fabulous supplier and leave a review. Each review acts as a nomination.
How your suppliers can win
Nominations are key to helping your suppliers win a Customer Service Award. Couples can leave reviews over the whole year. Nominations are open between 1st January and 31st December.
Then, we go through a very thorough process of shortlisting all the nominees. This is then followed a few weeks later by finalist selections. A panel of expert judges from the wedding industry then selected the winners.
Finally, all the finalists are then invited to our gala awards dinner where they get dressed to the nines, wine, dine, network and then find out who the winners are. The event takes place just before the start of peak wedding season.
