Brighton – The Ultimate Hen Weekend
Fancy a trip to the seaside? Brighton is a fabulous option for the ultimate British-inspired hen weekend. With an “old school” vintage vibe, there is plenty to do in this authentic seaside Town – the perfect destination to celebrate those last few days of unmarried life. Here’s 5 reasons we can’t get enough of Brighton…

1. The Pier
Brighton’s Pier is one of the most famous Piers in the UK; if you don’t mind being surrounded by flashing lights and screaming kids, the arcade and fun fair are well worth a visit. For those who don’t fancy the chaos – there’s plenty of fish and chips to go around whilst you wander around and soak up the exciting atmosphere. If you’re looking for something a little different why not visit the tarot reader stand – maybe he’ll predict which hen will be next to tie the knot!

2. The Beach
Here in the UK, we can’t get enough sunshine. And when the sun occasionally decides to show itself, there’s no better place to soak it up than Brighton beach. Grab an ice cream and make the most of it because it probably won’t last very long!
3. The Nightlife
For many hens, the highlight of the weekend is throwing on their hot pink banners and tiaras, hitting the town and dancing the night away. In Brighton you’ll never be short of places to visit. There’s loads of great bars and pubs to start your night including the brilliant up and coming BYOC (bring your own cocktails) where you bring a bottle of your favourite spirit and allow their mixologists to create some of finest cocktails on the South Coast! When you’re ready to hit the dance-floor, there’s plenty of clubs around – so grab your dancing shoes and get ready to celebrate.
4. The Lanes
Brighton is great for the perfect girlie activity – shopping. The famous Lanes is ideal for having a nosey round some of the cutest independent boutiques in the South and maybe even hunting out a few bargains.

5. The Restaurants
Brighton is full of fab places to eat – from vintage tea shops and beachfront fish n’ chips to a la carte restaurants and American diners. Our personal favourite was the JB’s American Diner. With the authentic American interior we really felt like we’d just stepped out of Brighton and into a retro New York Diner. We couldn’t get enough of the over-the-top milkshakes and amazing ‘american-style’ pancakes with bacon and syrup.
