Dumbleton Hall is a fantastic stately home built in the 19th Century overlooking the beautiful rolling hills of Worcestershire, over the Vale of Evesham and across to the Cotswolds. The hotel is licensed for Civil Marriages, Civil Partnerships and Naming Ceremonies.
Dumbleton Hall has great charm and is a wondrous sight as you drive up to it along the long drive right next to the local parish church. A great location if you are considering a church wedding.
As you arrive you get the sense that this is no ordinary hotel, it is unique and characterful, not just your a standard wedding venue. Gavin Dron, the General Manager and his staff are wonderfully helpful, friendly and provide a homely environment in which to stay.
The old Dining Room where wedding ceremonies and receptions are held is traditional to the era of the house and the old library makes a wonderful setting for the bar drinks. There is also a relaxing room in which you can have coffee and sit by the blazing fire, ideal for post celebrations before you retire to your room.
You have a choice of three function suites for your ceremony or reception, with the largest accommodating up to a maximum of 100 persons.
Dumbleton Hall also has the added extra, that the rear grounds are spacious enough to hold a marquee, for those wanting to have an outdoor celebration.
The rooms are comfortable and traditional with lovely views over the fields and beyond. If you opt for the bridal suite, you will have a romantic four-poster with one of the best views in the house. The bathrooms are Victorian in style with the old-fashioned traditional radiators in keeping with the age of the house.
