We tried the Spa Experience Pamper Day.
The standard of the treatments were excellent. The staff are Elemis trained and offered a good range of treatments in compact but well fitted treatment rooms. The Elemis facial is particularly recommended.
The relaxation area was very comfortable and tastefully fitted out, with day beds complete with pillows and duvets, soft lighting and music. Unfortunately there is not an alternative room for lunch, nor any chairs, so we found ourselves eating lunch in our beds.
The pool complex is extensive, with sauna, tropicarium, steam room and jacuzzi all within the main pool area, however as it is (understandably) open to members and their families it is not as peaceful as other spa pools can be.
