Jonathan and Jenny may have held their wedding in the beautiful Aldermaston Manor in the heart of Berkshire, but they brought a little bit of Cornish charm to the celebrations.
Cornwall has a very special meaning for the happy couple. Having proposed on the beach in Cornwall, the couple then returned to write the table names (each a Cornish town or beach) in pebbles on the sand, took photos of the names and then enrolled a talented friend to photoshop out their footprints!
The wine and champagne came from the Camel Valley vineyard in Bodmin and even the favours were authentic Cornish fudge, presented in pretty bags.
The staff at Aldermaston Manor were delighted to help with the couple’s imaginative touches and Jenny can’t praise the venue too highly. ‘Out of the fifteen plus venues we visited, Aldermaston Manor was the one place where we walked in through the door and immediately felt at home. Nothing was too much bother and the staff were amazing...!’
‘The day was beautiful,’ she remembers, ‘...a celebration of our love for each other.’
