Despite perfect planning sometimes things don't go to plan, but it is how the two of you deal with it that dictates whether it turns the wedding into a disaster or gives you and your guests wonderful memories of a catastrophe averted. This month the flooded wedding depicted by photographer Jon Dennis in A Beautiful Disaster demonstrates this perfectly.
Even sending a croquembouche flying had it's advantages for Emma and Simon who said it has given them their favourite photo of the entire wedding, adding "It inadvertently provided one of the more hilarious moments of the wedding."Â
Fortunately Simon proved the saviour, slipping an arm underneath to catch it.
