Situated in the centre of Oxford, Oxford Town Hall is a gorgeous and historic building that is perfect as a wedding ceremony and reception venue. Whether you simply want to have an intimate ceremony or would like a stunning backdrop for your ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening function; Oxford Town Hall can cater for all requirements and weddings of up to 500 people.

There are five licensed rooms available for you to hold your wedding at Oxford Town Hall, including the Main Hall, the Assembly Room, the Old Library, St. Aldate's Room, and the Court Room. The largest and most striking of all is the historic Main Hall. With its iconic, intricately decorated domed ceiling, gorgeous balconies and Father Willis organ, the Main Hall is perfect for weddings of up 300 for dining and 500 for the ceremony. Situated in Brixton, Lambeth Town Hall is a Grade II listed town hall wedding venue, designed by well-known architects Septimus Warwick and Austen Hall. Opened in 1908 by the late Prince and Princess of Wales (King George V and Queen Mary), it is a gorgeous example of Edwardian Baroque architecture.

There are a wide variety of delightful spaces available to couples for their wedding ceremony. Catering for a wide range of budgets, this venue can host weddings of 15 - 300 people. One of the most striking wedding settings at Lambeth Town Hall is the Circular Hall. The bright, opulent space is truly unique showcasing the building's stunning Edwardian architecture and boasting gorgeous stained glass windows. With convenient transport connections at Hackney Central Stations, this gorgeous, award-winning wedding venue is home to five unique wedding spaces. Each space offers a mixture of period features, floods of natural light and memorable architecture. 

With space to host up to 300 guests, this Grade II listed town hall is a great choice for both intimate and grand affairs. Having recently undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment, the original building (built in the 1930s) has been brought into the 21st century. Hackney Town Hall now boasts two incredible glass-roofed atria. These gorgeous and airy spaces are perfect for giving your guests the sense of an outdoor celebration without being let down by the unruly British weather! 

 

Stockport Town Hall

Designed by architect Sir Alfred Brumwell Thomas, Stockport Town Hall is traditionally known as ‘The Wedding Cake' due to its white façade and its beautifully designed tiered clock tower. An excellent nickname for a wedding venue! This beautiful Grade II* listed building has several fabulous spaces for your wedding celebration.

The magnificent Double Italian marble staircase provides an enchanting backdrop for your ceremony or drinks reception, as well as an impressive entrance for you and your guests. The Council Chamber features an impressive domed ceiling with stained glass and decorative carvings on oak benches seating up to 160 guests. Stockport Town Hall's Ballroom also has a beautiful ceiling and stained glass windows, with space for a lavish celebration for up to 600 guests!

 

Boston Guildhall

Situated in Boston, Lincolnshire, the heritage-filled Boston Guildhall offers an incredibly historic wedding backdrop that is truly unforgettable. This Grade I listed building was originally built for the Guild of St Mary in the 1390s. Now, it is the town museum, filled with a wealth of history and stories, with display objects from the collections, making this fantastic venue a really unique setting. The medieval Beadsman's Lane leads you and your guests into Boston Guildhall and towards a majestic staircase that will take you to the wonderful Banqueting Hall.

The Banqueting Hall, with its high beamed ceiling, wonderful acoustics and an original tracery window at the front of the room gives the historic building a traditional feel and warmth and welcomes both smaller and larger wedding parties. If you would like to share your wedding breakfast with your guests at Boston Guildhall, the Banqueting Hall can also seat up to 60 guests. You can hold your wedding ceremony in the Court Room with up to 120 guests or in the grand Livery Hall, where there's space for up to 200. For your wedding reception, the Court Room fits 90 guests at round tables, while the Livery Hall can handle up to 205 guests and offers space for dancing.

Newmarket Venues is a dedicated enterprise from Newmarket Town Council, offering high-quality venues for hire, as well as exceptional service. One of their stunning venues is the King Edward VII Memorial Hall. King Edward VII Memorial Hall was kindly donated to the town by Sir Ernest Cassel in 1911, for the use of its residents. In 1999, The Hall was taken over by the Town Council who now maintain it and its glorious hidden gardens.

The Hall is a fantastically versatile space, providing a black canvas on which you can create your dream wedding.
