Flexible contracts
None of the reputable wedding insurance companies are issuing new wedding policies. So, you need to be sure your deposits are safe and your booking is flexible.Â
Keen to hold a date? Amaris Hospitality will hold your date with a small deposit, and will refund that deposit in full, right up to the time you are able to visit the venue and confirm the booking.
Date change? Wedding insurance might not cover COVID-related postponements. But, Amaris Hospitality will. If you need to postpone, they will allow you to choose another date within 12 months with no extra charge.
Payment Plan? Choose a flexible payment plan that works around your changing situation.
Keeping your guests safe
All hotels in the Amaris Hospitality group pride themselves on following the highest possible cleanliness procedures so that you and your guests can feel totally safe.
With the hotels in the group made up of different brands, the group have been working with these partners to ensure the highest level of standards are in place. All hotels will have COVID ready accreditations, but an independent provider. Accor's AllSafe and Hilton's Stay Clean policies have been leading the way for other wedding venues to follow.Â

Virtual Check-in
You want to know that your suppliers and guests aren't going to bring coronavirus to your wedding! The Amaris Hospitality Group will be one of the first to offer couples our new Track and Trace software. This allows suppliers and guests to check-in online before your wedding and confirm they are symptom-free.Â
If needed after the wedding, at the click of a button you can contact all that were there to ask them to self-isolate. Or use the software simply to thank them for coming! Â
Including absent guests
Whether they are self-isolating, unable to travel or unwell, for every wedding, regardless of COVID, there will be guests who can't attend. All Amaris wedding venues can offer live streaming of your wedding through YouTube, Facebook or the Guides for Brides platform.
