About EriVica Cakes
At EV's we love to celebrate each couples' individuality. Your wedding day is a day that you will remember for the rest of your life, and as a focal point of your special day, we believe that your wedding cake should be everything you've dreamed of. This is why the first step in any wedding cake journey with EV's is a free design consultation, where we discuss all of your requirements until we come up with the perfect design for your cake.
Free no obligation wedding cake consultation
During the consultation Terri will look through all of your current plans and discuss everything about your day including your colours and dress designs, flowers, budget and guest numbers over a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of something bubbly.
Terri then draws a design that is made up from all of the above and more and at this point we can tweak it until it fits you perfectly. Once the design is agreed we will then provide a written quote including stand hire and delivery costs where applicable.
Tasting session
Tasting sessions start from £30, priced depending on your requirements. We can cater for a session for up to 6 people.
Booking with us
To secure a booking with us we require a 50% deposit of the total cost quoted. Once the deposit is received your design and date are put in our calendar.
The remaining amount is then payable up to 3 weeks before the booked date. If full payment is not received by this date we will not begin work on your cake until the full remaining amount is received
Delivery & Set Up
We deliver anywhere in the country for a set delivery fee of 49p per mile, this will be worked out and provided with your quote. Set up is free of charge.
Terri sets up your cake at the venue personally and ensures that it is perfect before photographing it in situ and leaving full care and portioning instructions with the venue.
For local venues the delivery and set up are free of charge (within a 15 mile radius of Hadleigh, Suffolk)

FAQs
Yes we offer free consultations and our cake tasting starts at £30.00 for 2 people, however we can cater for up to 6 people.
Obviously we take bookings all year round but if you are having a summer wedding it is best to book as soon as possible as these dates fill up very quickly with some couples booking 24 months ahead.
We can provide Low gluten cakes which are suitable for people with Gluten intolerances but are not suitable for Coeliac sufferers.
Yes we can provide vegan cakes
No sadly not. All of our products may contain traces of nuts as we do use them in our baking sometimes.
The choices are endless. We do have a list but its is not exhaustive. Because we bake fresh from scratch we can pretty much provide any flavour - we have even provided a butter beer flavour cake before !
You can have a different flavour for every tier.
Yes i can do that ass long as the structure is sound and the finish suitable.

Always, that way i guarantee it is perfect for your day. We also leave care, allergen and cutting instructions for the venue. Once i leave the cake set up at the venue please note it becomes their responsibility to make sure that it stays perfect.

If you choose to yes. However, obviously this is a very busy time and the added stress of managing your own wedding cake on the day is alot.
Yes we have a selection of stands for hire. All hired equipment must be returned within 72 hours and in good condition to ensure that your deposit is returned.
Our Sustainability Commitments
We are Plastic free champions in our area and try our best to use sustainably sourced ingredients and packing where possible. All of our ingredients are freshly sourced either daily or weekly as required, we do not use additives or preservatives in our baking nor do we use artifical flavourings.
