It was the first one I tried on and knew it was the one for me – especially as there happened to be flamenco music playing at the time and we were getting married in Spain! Your boutique is delightful and my mom and I really enjoyed the experience, you made us feel so special.
Our wedding day was just perfect and my husband loved my dress, I will never forget him saying, ‘Wow, your dress is amazing! What a pity you only get to wear it once!’

Windsor & Eton Brides is the only shop I went to that didn’t put pressure on me to purchase a dress I wasn’t sure about. Instead Carla and Ruth were amazing every time I saw them, they helped with everything I needed and gave me their honest opinions every time. Visiting them was like going to see friends for a catch up! I also used their seamstress Jennifer who is very talented and lovely. Xxx

I first got in contact with Windsor and Eton Brides via email in 2020 and was warmly greeted with a call back from Carla who has given me endless support, reassurance, and valuable advice throughout me trying on dresses, choosing one, ordering and any further requirements.
Carla encouraged me to try on different styles when I first tried on wedding dresses as well as me picking some out which really helped me to consider all options and Carla provided time to get a feel and look for each dress I tried on.
Carla is warm, friendly, empathic, kind and ever so knowledgeable in all things bridal wear. I went back a second time to try and choose a dress and order! We then went into lockdown over Christmas into the New Year and the whole wedding industry has been hugely impacted by this. Carla to me showed immense resilience and positivity around this all and her passion for what she does really came through during this time and stating how much she had missed supporting Brides to be to find their dresses!
When my dress arrived, Carla contacted me to let me know and arranged a time to try it on. Again, throughout, appointments were easy to make and again Carla thought about any work/home commitments I had around these. She is someone who considers other’s needs.
I loved attending Windsor and Eton Brides to look for and try on the dress that I chose. It’s spacious and intimate at the same time and I brought my friend along with me for some of the appointments, and it was always a welcoming place to be. There are also accessories to try on to get a feel for what suits you, as well as veils, so well stocked!
I never felt any under pressure to decide, and one of the best things that Carla gave me advice on was to go for a dress that I felt good and comfortable in, which I did!
In the lead up to the weeks before the wedding I also met Ruth who was absolutely lovely too and was provided with onsite tailoring support and guidance to check that the dress was the perfect fit.
I can’t thank Carla and the team enough for supporting me to find a bridal gown, which I absolutely loved wearing on my wedding day.
If you are looking for a place to find a bridal gown, there is a great range of dresses to try from, staff who are knowledgeable, passionate, and supportive and provide space and time to make the right choice for yourself. I would recommend them all day long!

As soon as I walked into Windsor & Eton Brides I was made to feel very welcome. We soon began looking at all the gorgeous dresses and I had a hard time trying to narrow down my choices as there were so many! In the end I bought my dream dress (Benicarlo by Pronovias from the 2012 collection). It is fantastic. The staff helped me all through the process and I didn’t need to book time off work to get to my fittings on time, as their open hours worked really well for me. This was by far a pleasant and easy process on the most important part of the wedding. So much easier than dealing with the caterers! Thanks again to the staff at Windsor & Eton Brides and thanks to Helen who really made it a very enjoyable experience.

Having visited most bridal shops in Berkshire, Bucks and Surrey looking for "the dress" I am thrilled to have found my chosen gown at Windsor & Eton Brides. From my very 1st visit last year, Helen and her team have been superb advisors and their expertise has been second to none. I am now nearly a month away from the big day and cannot wait to have my final fitting in a dress that I am really thrilled to be wearing for our wedding. I am not a dress kind of girl but between Helen (The owner), Helen, Lorraine, Caroline and their seamstress they have made sure that the dress is completely perfect for me. I would recommend W&E Brides to any brides that are looking for a relaxed, friendly, expert service.

What can I say I went to Windsor and Eton brides 1st and did not want to go anywhere else, so i didn't. I feel in love with a Caroline Parkes dress and then had a 2nd appointment to show my Mum and the dress was bought. The service I received was second to none, and being the age where alot of your friends are getting married i had heard a few horror stories! I would recomend any bride to visit this bridal shop, my experience was perfect from begining to end.
