Thank you for your interesting yet disappointing and surprising review, all of which runs very contrary to our current Customer reviews.
Being in Oxford you will understand that our customer base is hugely multicultural and something we embrace. Indeed over the years, and currently the team have represented a wide spectrum of the above, and for the avoidance of doubt, every one of our customers no matter how large or small a purchase, or be it a simple enquiry, is hugely important to us.
Your visit is particularly remembered by our Departmental Manager. However, he cannot recall or understand why the discussion between you, re the item could or should have given you the impression that you were disrespected or undervalued, or that you were being discriminated against in any way. I understand there was confusion over an item in our window and that of stock on sale on the shop floor. We would be very happy to talk more about this should you care to call in and ask for me.
