In our first meeting with Alison, we were shown around all of the rooms, along with detailed explanation of how the wedding packages worked, we felt dutifully informed and afterwards felt no need to visit any other venue.
Alison provided fantastic support throughout the process and accommodated all of my 'bridezilla' moments brilliantly. Every question or query whether by phone or email was always dealt with immediately. Alison really went over and above to ensure we had everything we wanted, including our honeymoon suite.
Everyone at the hotel was really helpful when we had our trial meal, we were served by Tomas, who was also there on our wedding day-it was great to have a friendly familiar face serve our guests!
As we got nearer to the big day, Alison was on annual leave for a week or so, however Lora was extremely helpful, and at no point did i feel as though I had to wait for Alison to return before anything was confirmed. Communication at all points throughout the year of us booking was absolutely outstanding.
A few days prior to the wedding we had a meeting at the hotel, where we realised the choice we had made on the tables wasnt right, Lora went out of her way to make sure this was amended, so thank you!
Again when we were meeting at the Abbey the few days prior we met our event co-ordinator Radka, who settled any final nerves and confirmed everything was in place- also responding almost immediately when I had pressing questions.
On the day Radka was absolutely incredible, ensuring everything was perfect working non-stop throughout the day,(the cheese was presented beautifully)
