This shop stocks the most beautiful dresses and for that reason I would give it a 5 star. However, you should be aware that when you go to pick up the dress for the final time there is nothing provided to transport it. We were charged £20 for a plastic bag (similar to a cheap suit carrier which is usually free with a suit from any high street retailer).
Because I live outside of the area, I made sure that they could do Saturday fittings. They prefer not to but will on request. However, when I turned up the shop was full of people being fitted and was very hot. The shop needs air con.

We felt it necessary to respond to the above review. When our brides collect their wedding dress from The Bridal Box we supply a full length strong BHT free, polycover bag for the bride to take her dress away in. Sometimes a bride will request a non-transparent cover bag (BHT free) which we provide at the cost of £20. We would like to point out that, like many other bridal boutiques, we are a small business and not a large high street retailer , hence the cover bag charge.
We would also like to explain that Saturday appointments are reserved for brides wishing to try on dresses and find their dream wedding dress and for purchases. Appointments for dress fittings are when brides have purchased their dress and have booked a fitting appointment to have their dress fitted (pinned) ready for alteration. - ( We do all our fittings and alterations in store) We highly recommend that this appointment is carried out on a weekday when the shop is less busy to ensure that the bride has a one to one with the seamstress. Our terms and conditions clearly state no Saturday fittings, however on the above occasion the bride insisted on a Saturday appointment even though we explained it would be very busy.
