You can use the parts you want as it may read quite long, I don't want to leave any detail out on telling you how in love with TDR I am!
I had never shopped for wedding dresses before, a complete novice, so I took a logical approach.
I made appointments with 3 local boutiques, TDR being 1 of them.
I went to all the appointments with my 9 yr old daughter & in the other 2 shops she wasn't interested, didn't like the shop, the dresses or the people, none if them made her feel part of it & that spoke volumes.
However from the moment we stepped foot inside TDR she was in love, she whispered to me 'This is the fanciest shop I've ever been in!' & her face lit up.
This was partly due to the beautiful boutique, partly the dresses, but more so the people.
We saw Chloe on our first visit & Chloe was all she spoke about for the rest of the night. Chloe made her feel part of the whole experience, which is exactly why she came with me to appointments, me & my Daughter, we're in it together
And as for me, I fell in love with the whole experience, every part of being in your boutique made me smile & feel special.
Then trying on the dresses took it to a whole new level! I could have stayed there forever!
Following the first visit to short list our favourites, me & Niamh (my Daughter) came back with my Mom, who was equally enthralled with TDR & in her opinion, as well as mine & Niamh's, took all other shops out the running. It was decided, TDR was my wedding dress boutique.
My third appointment brought me back with Niamh & my MOH.
This was 'the decider appointment' & we were so fortunate to have Della this time, who was so wonderful & thorough in attention to detail.
Niamh, my Mom, Chloe (without officially giving her opinion, she did remain inpartial), Della, my MOH & me all had the same opinion on 'The dress', it was completely unanimous & ordered there & then.
I couldn't have wished for a better team of ladies & in every way, from quick & efficient e-mail responses, to answeing silly questions, to appointments & making every guest feel like they are the only person in the room.
An absolutely stunning boutique, beautiful ladies & an experience I will never forget.
Absolutely love TDR & I know my wedding party & my dress are in the best hands with you.
Can't wait to come back when my dress arrives!

Amy was great during the appointment & helped me find my dream dress! I thought I would never find one that ticked all the boxes. We were coming towards the end of the appointment & still hadn’t found one, when Amy showed us her favourite one in the shop, which I instantly fell in love with. It even made mom cry - something she never does! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at TDR and would recommend to any brides looking to find ‘the one’. Thanks again Amy!x

What an amazing bridal boutique!! The set up, welcoming atmosphere and as for the staff - lovely!
Chloe was so supportive while assisting me in finding my dress, Kat was also fantastic when I nervously tried my wedding dress on!

I had the best time trying on my dress for the first time since I chose it! It's even more beautiful than I remembered. Thank you to all the lovely ladies who have helped me so far!! My October 2021 wedding date can't come soon enough! Can't wait to come back for fittings and accessories.

TDR have been wonderful. Planning a wedding during COVID is a different experience but Maya made the appointment so special and such fun and Sarah has been amazing at keeping me updated on the arrival of my dress and my stress levels down. I would certainly recommend !

Absolutely loved my experience buying my dress at the Dressing Rooms! Liv made me feel so comfortable straight away and throughout and made me feel amazing in the dress I chose! Their service was incredible from start to finish and I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I had extreme trepidation when it came to look for my wedding dress. Having been married before, I expected not to be treated like I was special. How wrong I was. My 1st visit to a bridal boutique turned out to be my one and only. I met Natalie at TDR who was so down to earth and on my level that she immediately removed any stress and worries I had. I told her of my plans and I could see her face light up as a myriad of perfect dresses came to her mind. Having told her my 'ideal dress' she asked me to keep an open mind and trust her. And I'm so glad I did. She knew exactly what my body type suited and what confidence certain styles would give me. Before I knew it, she had put me in my wedding dress!! She added the most beautiful veil, despite me not wanting one, and it made me fall in love with the dress even more. From start to finish, all the girls were super supportive and interested in me and my plans, not just my purse. They made me feel like I was the most important person there, something I most definitely didn't expect in search of my second wedding dress. For what is an extremely stressful time in planning a wedding, my wedding dress journey was the least harrowing. Every time I had a call or email from TDR, I would get excited at not only seeing my dress again but the prospect of being in the company of such lovely thoughtful ladies whose only concern was to ensure I was happy. You certainly succeeded TDR. Thank you so much for helping to make the beginning of my happy ever after so memorable. Xxx

On Sunday 3rd June I had the pleasure of taking my beautiful bridesmaids and Mother of the bride to TDR Bridal Halesowen. It was like walking into every girls dream wedding dress shop. The smile on my face from start to end said it all. Everything about this place was just breathtaking, the dresses, the shoes, the jewellery. The girls who work there are so lovely and welcoming. To top it off the lady who took me through my dresses Julie, actually picked my winning dress. It’s right when they say ‘you know when it’s the one’ I couldn’t be happier and I’m even more excited now and can’t wait till our big day!! Thank you so much to everyone at TDR Bridal.
