Absolutely amazing customer service. Everything was so personal and made our wedding day the most perfect day ever. Our wedding planner Victoria was on hand all day and made sure everything ran smoothly. Every email I sent was answered quickly and they always put my mind at rest.
From the moment we set foot in Pendrell Hall we knew there was no other venue for us and we never looked back. Victoria, our events manger, was wonderful and knew just what to do or say to keep everything on track. Every detail of the venue was stunning and always kept pristine. Our day was even more perfect than we had hoped thanks to he hard work and efforts of all the staff at Pendrell Hall and Jenkinsons caterers. A special mention goes to our photographer, Marc Osbourne, who captured our day beautifully and was so wonderful he felt part of the bridal party by the end of the day.
Pendrell Hall was our dream venue - we fell in love with immediately and we couldn't have made a better choice. Our event manager Francesca was on hand throughout the entire day, nothing went wrong (that we knew about!) and all of our guests said how much they enjoyed the day. Thanks to everyone at Pendrell for helping to make our day spectacular.
We LOVED Jane! Having met the wonderful Francesca on our first visit we didn't think we could find a better person for the day but Jane exceeded all of our expectations and was just amazing! We had the most perfect wedding day at Pendrell Hall. From start to finish our whole experience was amazing. From the moment we walked into Pendrell hall we knew it was where would get married. Aggies our events manager was amazing, she made sure everything went smoothly and that our day was perfect. She really went above and beyond to help not only only during the day but on the lead up to the day too. So many of our guests complimented the amazing venue and grounds. Just perfect! We were so pleased with our catering. Again from meeting the team we knew that they would have everything under control. We had so many amazing compliments on the food! Aggie is amazing!!! From the moment we met her she had everything under control. She would email to check in with me to see how things were going and to update our wedding planner. Everything on the day was set out just as we imagined. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and looked after us all. Thank you Aggie!
