All my emails were answered promptly and all queries immediately resolved. Alice also re organised my booking to minimise the cost, one of the best customer service people I have ever encountered. The delivery of my hire was great! I got a two-hour time slot the day before delivery and it arrived about half an hour into this period. I will recommend OEH to anyone in the future.
We've recently hired oak cross back chairs for our wedding at Malmaison in oxford. The chairs there really aren't that nice, standard conference chairs, which aren't really pretty enough for a wedding. We ordered the chairs, at a reasonable price, and they were delivered and collected directly to and from the Malmaison without us having to do anything. I would have no hesitation recommending these guys again, thank you!
A very friendly, efficient company with a good range of crockery to hire at a good price. We used then for a cake reception after a wedding, they liaised with the venue and couldn't have been more helpful. It's great that they collect everything dirty! We also hired a beautiful cake stand for the wedding cake.
Hired a lot of equipment, including a large gas oven for my daughter's wedding. As numbers changed, and different things were thought of, they were happy to change my order right up until the last minute. Everything was sparkling and clean, and it all arrived and was picked up, on time. Highly recommended.
