The service given by Tom was second to none, he waiting patiently for me to decide on the design and helped enormously with the selection of the stone. He was never pushy so I felt relaxed in my choice and unrushed to plan when I should pop the question.

What can i say, just amazing service and best in class! This was my first time experiencing the purchase of an engagement ring and Tom really showed his true professionalism. He made it so easy for me and his knowledge and guidance was outstanding!
Having gone through designing my own ring with Tom's support, we were able to get exactly what i wanted and it definitely had the best possible outcome! I couldn't have done this without Tom and his family! Such a lovely and helpful team! I even went back to Tom to get my bands!
