Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and everybody who was working on Saturday that put in so much effort to make Katherine and Simon's wedding such a success. Everything went so perfectly and so smoothly and nothing was any trouble to any of you.
We have had so many lovely comments and praise from the weekend and all our planning over the last 18 month came together to give Katherine and Simon a perfect day.

I just wanted to write to thank your staff for a wonderful wedding day on the 27 May 2017. My main contact was Helen Dobrak who was just amazing!
She was very calm, approachable and more importantly, very efficient. She made the day run very smoothly from when I arrived the day before, to the morning when nerves slightly kicked in. She was attentive to all our guests and the arrangements were spot on.
Please can you speak to her personally to thank her and the team that worked on this day and in to the evening for their professionalism (Inc. The restaurant). It was just perfect!
Ps – I feel that recognition should be passed to staff as some are too critical to pick on the negative aspects.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and all the staff involved in organising the wedding day on 23rd July 2016 at Hartsfield. From the minute we arrived to our departure the next day everything just ran so smoothly and we were able to relax and enjoy the event so well. I can't thank you all enough for your happy efficient help in making this day so special.
I will certainly recommend Hartsfield Manor to anyone wanting a wonderful venue for weddings or any other event.

We had the most amazing day and we have had nothing but wonderful compliments from our guests about the venue, food, staff, rooms, disco – you name it, it was said with nothing but the utmost praise.
And, more than anyone Rich and I could not have been happier ourselves with everything. Everything went so well and nothing went wrong. I have heard over the years from friends and family about their wedding day being stressful when making sure everything was in place and people are where and doing what they should and ultimately not having the best day, which always sounded quite sad considering it should be their day to be happy and stress free! Our day was exactly that – brilliantly joyful and stress free and we were able to enjoy every moment with all of our guests – and that would not have been possible without the wonderful staff at Hartsfield Manor. The only issue we had is that we didn’t have enough time! It seemed to wiz past and we keep looking back and saying how much we would love to do it all again and change nothing. That in itself is such a high compliment to you all.
Natalie you provided professional advice and support and covered every detail that made our wedding so special. Compliments to Florin for his friendly and professional presence during our day. He really did make everything go without a hitch and he blended in to the background and only made himself known when needed without having to be asked.
Although we didn’t not know all the names of the staff – everyone and we mean EVERYONE treated us with so much kindness from the very beginning to the very end. We thank every single one of you!

I wanted to let you know just how happy we are that we chose Hartsfield to get married at on 29th May 2016. Thank you! Natalie was fabulous! Taking over from Angharad is no mean feat but she did not let us down. She went above and beyond, coming in on her day off, to see me. She was always very efficient, kind and helpful with all our last minute changes and questions. She gave me confidence it would be 'alright on the night' and it was more than 'alright', it was perfect!
We were the 3rd wedding of the weekend and yet we felt like we were the only people to have ever married at Hartsfield. I have never felt so special in my life. The venue is gorgeous but all the staff were so lovely: professional, smiley, efficient and exceptionally hard working. Nothing was too much trouble.
Florin deserves a special mention too for being a fabulous master of ceremony. He is SO kind and organised and worked so hard too. My sister knocked a whole glass of cranberry juice over on the top table and before the glass was even fully toppled, he was there to clean it up. Fortunately, by some miracle, it missed my dress - I think Florin has magic powers!
My florist said it was the best venue she has been to too as you allowed her to make the flowers up on site the day before, even providing an air conditioned conference room, tea, coffee etc. for them while they worked. One of your managers set this up for us the day before, I am not sure how to spell his name - it is pronounced Me hey (he told us it is Michael in English but he is Romanian) I hope this identifies him. He was in charge of the Saturday wedding yet still gave us his undivided attention to set up the flowers.
We had the absolute best day of our lives! Thank you Hartsfield.
