Do not purchase from here. I purchased my flowers for my wedding in April 2020. Due to the coronavirus I had to postpone my wedding to next year. Despite CMA guidelines, the florist refused to transfer the amount that I paid to another date. I then asked for a refund as I did not wish to work with this company. The florist still wouldn’t give in. She said that she had ordered flowers from the supplier and that’s why she couldn’t transfer my money to another date or give me a refund (I had given her 3 weeks notice). I spoke to a few other florists around the area who told me it was very unlikely that her suppliers wouldn’t have given the money back and they also thought I was being taken advantage of. I also informed her how my caterer, who would be catering for 500 people have transferred my money over to another date despite ordering supplies for our event. In the end, when I wouldn’t give up, the florist gave back £175 (she still kept my deposit) and wrote a rant on Facebook, giving her readers an entirely misleading view of the situation. All I wanted from the beginning was to cooperate and transfer the money I had spent for my April wedding to my wedding next year. Under CMA guidelines, you should really give a full refund to couples if they’ve had to postpone their wedding to the virus, but if they request to you should transfer the money paid to their next date. This company wanted me to pay for everything again, despite the fact that no service was provided. Then she lied on Facebook about me. Very unprofessional.
