I had a really lovely experience at FWC. It's a beautiful shop and Zara instantly made me feel welcome, she was attentive and complimentary and put me at ease whilst my head whirred with decision making. I didn't feel pushed into anything and am absolutely thrilled with the dress I chose from the collection in the shop. I think Fross and Zara make a great team and I'm excited to see them and my dress again during the alteration process next year.

The service I received at Fross was great. I had been to another shop and hadn't found anything and so I called Fross and managed to get an appointment the next day. The shop is beautiful and so were all the dresses. Millie was helping me and nothing was too much trouble for her - unfortunately for her a few of the dresses I wanted to try on were on mannequins but she didn't mind at all!
I found my perfect dress and I also my perfect veil which both arrived earlier than anticipated after ordering.

Fross Wedding Collections was an absolute dream. The inside of the shop was immaculate and i felt very at home there. The staff were wonderful and had my best interest at heart. They really helped me to find the perfect dress, and i’ve finally found it.
I have found staff from different companies to be pushy and too opinionated whereas Fross and Zara worked with me perfectly. I really couldn’t be happier and i can’t wait to go back for my fitting!

Fross and her team were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They listened to what I liked and wanted and delivered on me asking to try on a specific dress which they had to get in. Thankfully this was THE ONE and thanks to Fross and her team I found wonderful accessories and felt beautiful on my wedding day!

The team at Fross were SO lovely and so helpful, I couldn’t of asked for anything more from my wedding dress appointment! They had helped me beforehand trying to find my perfect dress - one I had previously found and wanted to hunt down! Zara in particular was so lovely and and professional, making me feel like a princess when I had my dream dress on! Being able to keep the dress you’ve chosen on, while you have some bubbles and celebrate with friends and family just tops off the experience! Thank you Fross and Zara!

Thank you to Fross, Helen and all the team for helping me find my perfect dress. I had 2 appointments booked with different shops. Fross was my first. I tried on 8 dresses and picked the first dress I tried! Fross was warm, welcoming and honest with how each dress looked. We then celebrated with a glass of bubbles which I happily sipped whilst remaining in my dress. I wasn't rushed at any point and was able to enjoy that most special moment. Thank you also to Helen for all her hard work in making my dress fit perfectly!

I was definitely a bride that knew what I wanted, I must’ve looked at the majority of designers websites and I went through every single dress and I narrowed it down to just 2. 1 of which, Fross were able to order in for me direct from the designer to try on. During the ordering process Fross herself was so helpful and kept me informed at all times of expected delivery, after several weeks the dress had finally arrived from Italy and I was SO excited.
The boutique is so beautiful, its larger than expected with so many amazing dresses and lots of beautiful interior touches.
Fross insisted I still tried on other dresses so I narrowed it down to about 5 but I tried my chosen gown on first of all and straight away I just knew I’d found the one!!! I did not want to take it off! After a while I gave in and tried on another dress but nothing compared I couldn’t wait to get back into my chosen dress and so I just spent the rest of the appointment literally dancing around in it!
Of course I said YES TO THE DRESS and my bridal party and I enjoyed a glass of fizz while we sorted all of the finer details, including some bespoke touches to the final look that were suggested by the very knowledgable Fross herself.
The whole experience from start to finish was amazing and a special mention to Zara who was such a lovely bridal stylist.
I can’t wait to return to the boutique when my dress arrives in the new year! Thank you for making my wedding dress shopping experience so memorable.

My whole experience at Fross was perfect. It was the first shop I had visited, and Fross and the other staff were extremely welcoming, it's easy to get overwhelmed with this things, but they made the experience of trying on dresses so much fun, and relaxing. I tried on 5 beautiful and very different dresses, and I was pretty sure the 5th was the one! They were very flexible in allowing me to return later that day to try it on again, and then to take my measurements once I decided. If you'd like a shop that's big enough to have lots of choice, but small enough that you get a personalised experience, then I highly recommend Fross! Thank you for helping me find my dress x
