The team at bow are full of energy and offer a kind, friendly and knowledgable service. Tracy knows just how a fascinator should be worn and help me to get a perfect match to my dress by adding in personalised pieces just for me. I felt a million dollars all thanks to the team at bow. Not your traditional bridal shop, and all the better for it! 110% the best shop in town!!!

All the staff try you with respect and nothing is too much trouble. They give their time and not because they are on bonuses or commission, but because they all want to and offer a genuine service. These staff have made a difference to a little Cornish town and deserve to be recognised for being them just lovely, each and everyone of them.

Tracey found me a lovely basic disc and then customised it to match my outfit. She spent ages making sure it was perfect and I left the shop feeling like a princess. Can't wait to wear the creation at a family wedding next week. What a star - she deserves a medal.

I have had two weddings this year to buy accessories for. I went to Bow and saw Tracey, she was brilliant. My first wedding was my Neice's, I needed a a cream and black fascinator. Tracey came up trumps it was fantastic and original. I was delighted. My second wedding was a friends and I required a silver fascinator, once again Tracey got it just right. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family. The shop and staff are simply AMAZING.

When my son was getting married the service, help and advice I received from Tracey and the Bow Team was second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they took great pleasure and pride in helping and the passion for service provided was evident.

Fantastic customer service .. I went into bows feeling terrible and panicking as I didn't have a wedding outfit. I took a couple of tops with me and they were so lovely and helpful. Spent lots of time with me and made me feel so special. There were tears and I could to believe the difference I felt from when I entered the shop until I left. All the ladies were lovely and went above and beyond. One even altered one of my tops as it didn't look quite right ... What lovely, kind, caring and amazing customer service. Bows really care and this is what makes them stand out from the rest.
Can't thank them enough for how much they helped me and for making me feel special.

I WOULD LI8KE TO SAY. THIS AWARD WOULD BE WELL DESERVED. CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS HAS BEEN FORGOTTEN AND ITIS SUCH A JOY TO GO INTO A SHOP AND MADE VERY IMPORTANT. IT IS NOT JUST ONE PERSON WHO WORKS IN BOW BUT EVERYONE OF THE SALES ASSISTANT GIVE ALL THE SAME ATTENTION. I WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR AN AWARD.
