Bicester Bridal were absolutely fabulous from the minute I walked in to the minute I picked up my dress! I had found the perfect dress at the beginning of 2020 with all hopes of wearing it at the end of the year, however due to covid we had to postpone. This wasn't a problem for BB, throughout the entire time that I needed, they stored and looked after my dress without extra charge.
At every alterations appointment I was well looked after and I felt like I received the best advice from both Maddy and Sarah.
My dress was beautiful and I felt like a princess on my big day.

My wedding dress experience at Bicester Brides with Maddy was fantastic considering we were under Covid restrictions. My wedding had been postponed three times which was very stressful, yet Maddy made my time with her very unique and it felt like I was the only person in the world. My wedding dress was simply perfect and the corespondents between Maddy and Sarah was exceptional and I can’t thank them both enough.

I have used Bicester Bridal since the beginning. I purchased my wedding dress and both my daughter’s prom dresses from here. I have now just purchased my daughters wedding dress too. Maddie and her team are first class, nothing is too much trouble. And they make everyone feel so special. You won’t have a better experience anywhere else.

I can’t thank Bicester Bridal enough for all their help. After searching far and wide for my perfect dress, I’d almost given up. Then I came across their gorgeous selection and found ‘the one’ so easily! They were super helpful and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Maddy was amazing from start to finish. She helped me find my perfect wedding dress. Her and team are so welcoming and made me feel comfortable.
When Covid hit, Maddy was brilliant in keeping me in the loop and storing my dress for longer due to it being postponed. The alterations package is brilliant, they did such a great job on my detailed lace dress.
You know you are in safe hands, and they care about their customers when they know you by name, remember the detail about your wedding, and your not just another sale/number through the door.

Maddy & Sarah were amazing at helping me find the perfect dress! very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable in the store. They were very accommodating when my wedding date changed due to covid, they ensured my dress was kept safe and that we had enough fittings to ensure the dress fitted perfectly. I can’t thank the team at Bicester Bridal enough. When my initial alteration (only a tiny change) altered the dress significantly they reassured me and immediately arranged for me to meet the seamstress. The alterations package means that they really take their time and ensure the end result is perfect.

Maddy and Sarah made the entire experience magical nothing was to big or to small.
We changed our date 3 times and venue but they made the entire experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend bicester bridal. Xx
