We had our wedding at Le Manoir and the only word to describe it is amazing. The gardens, the service, the food, the attention detail, it was all amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the most perfect day and I would recommend it to any bride or groom-to-be. It is a slice of heaven and you're day will be perfect.
I wanted to say Thank you for all your help and assistance with our Wedding and for making the day so special. Every time I think about our day, the words magical, romantic, stunning, intimate and truly special all come to mind. Also, thank you very much to you and the team for the beautiful book that we received in memory of our Wedding, it is just the perfect present. We were so lucky to get photo’s outside as well as indoors, the grounds with the autumn colours look amazing. I hope that we will visit again and until then, best wishes and thank you again.
We got married at Le Manoir on Valentines Day this year. The whole experience was amazing, couldn't have been more perfect. The whole team there are spectacular, so many special extra touches it is impossible to list them all in a review.
Several guests said it was the best meal they've ever eaten, the presentation was perfect and the service impossible to criticise in any way. Lorna and the events team went out of their way to make the venue look spectacular, i cant thank them enough for how amazing it looked. I was quite last minute with some of the arrangements but nothing was a problem, any requests we had were met with a smile. We got married in the Belle Epoque which i would say is perfect for a small- medium sized wedding or a special occasion with your own private area for drinks, garden area and a beautiful private dining room.
Raymond himself came in to say hello at our drinks reception which was an unexpected extra, he was great with all our guests, everyone loved him, he took some photos and even tweeted about our special day.
We met the sommelier Lukas and choose the wines in advance which was a lovely afternoon in itself. The menu was the same as the 7 course menu that is served in the restaurant that day.
We stayed the night in the suite called Blanc de Blanc. It was absolutely beautiful, light coloured decorative pallet which was exactly to our tastes. Huge bathroom and dressing room perfect for getting ready. The turndown service decorated the room with petals for when we retired which was a lovely surprise.
We had a few photos in the grounds, but the weather was terrible on the day. The grounds are absolutely stunning and photograph very well. On a more pleasant day it would be ideal to walk off a large lunch.
We will be back for anniversaries for many years to come, the place is amazing. If you haven't been, don't hesitate - just book it! I would not hesitate to recommend it as somewhere magical to get married.
