We had our wedding here on 14th June 2019. The day was absolutely perfect. The staff were very attentive and ensured all guests felt comfortable. The hotel catered to a number of dietary needs with no hassle at all. My husband and I don't drink so we're greated with lovely mocktails after the ceremony. The food was delicious and plenty of it. All our guests said what a fantastic day it was and how beautiful the atmosphere and ambience of the hotel was. It truly was a magical day. Thank you x

Our wedding was perfect and I cannot praise all of the staff enough! They were so attentive to me and my husband all day and made sure we had everything we needed. My guests all said how impressed they were with the service and the food was incredible! Would totally recommend, it was a truly beautiful magical day and I wouldn’t have changed anything. Thank you!

We got married here in 2017 and absolutely loved it. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious and couldn't fault anything. Would highly recommend it for a wedding, restaurant or a place to relax for a quiet drink. BEAUTIFUL!

When I saw that Balmer Lawn were nominated for a customer service award I thought there not a more appropriate accolade! We held our wedding there last summer and Ruth, Slavo and the team could literally do more more for not only us but our guests also. It was a fairly short time between booking and the date itself but Ruth helped us get organised and calmed us every time we fretted. On the day itself the was lovely to have the friendly assurance and support of not only Ruth but Slavo and team too. What a dream team! I would highly recommend Balmer Lawn to anyone that will listen for their care and truly 5* customer service you just don’t get anywhere else! I hope they win!
