As a mature bride (45) and having never been married before I was unprepared for the variety of designers/styles I would come across, in looking for a dress. Cost was a factor and because of this, the attitude of some of the shops I visited, started to taint what I had imagined to be an exciting adventure and gradually things became overwhelming, confusing and stressful.....until I discovered Anna McDonald's Bridal Gallery!!! Although not local to where I live, I knew from the first telephone enquiry call, that I was in safe hands. Cait listened to my ideas (and fears) and talked me through what styles/designers they had in the shop, guiding me to their website for compatisons, as well as being upfront about their prices, before I made an appointment. At the shop, Cait's greeting was warm and friendly and the round of bucks fizz handed out, as I started trying on dresses, was a lovely touch. Cait was honest in her opinions and after two hours, we had a possible decision on "the one". As my Mum couldn't be with me for the appointment Cait encouraged me to take as many photos as I wanted to send to her, so she could join in on our excitement. With the wedding being in July, I've excitedly been back for my first fitting and Anna McDonald's Bridal Gallery has turned what was becoming quite a stressful experience into very much my happy ending. With their help I'm very much looking forward to showing off my beautifiul gown to my groom, family and friends on our big day. In my opinion they shouldnt be just a contender in your customer services award, but an outright winner!!
