Martyn and Holly said their vows at The Horn of Plenty, with a light blue and sunshine yellow colour scheme. After meeting through work, the couple were together for two and a half years before Martyn proposed to Holly on Brooklyn Bridge in New York, having just locked a love padlock onto the bridge - cute! They carried their love of the United States into the reception with a New York theme, teamed with a hint of Alice in Wonderland.
The food on Martyn and Holly’s wedding day was designed by them with the help of the amazing Horn of Plenty Chef, Ashley Wright. It included all their personal favourite starters, mains and desserts, not forgetting the amazing New York themed cake.
Martyn and Holly also had a live band, The Dukes of Havoc, who started the evening playing an acoustic version of their first dance, Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud. They loved having all their amazing family and friends around them as well as the delicious food and drink.
After their wedding Martyn and Holly went on a mini-moon to Luckham Park in Wiltshire for a 2 day spa break as newlyweds, with plans for a full blown honeymoon in the States later this year to Boston, Cape Cod, New York and New Orleans.
