Jack proposed to Maddi on the 23rd of December whilst they were walking their dog together in the pouring rain at Wittenham Clumps in Oxfordshire, which has always been a special place to Maddi because it reminds her of her late grandparents. The proposal came as a complete shock!
For the big day, Maddi and Jack decided on a classic, vintage, shabby chic theme and incorporated some pastel colours to add a personal touch on the theme. Maddi’s dress was a Kenneth Winston gown from Love Bridal in London, and her shoes were Roland Cartier. She also wore her late grandmother’s earrings and a pearl bracelet that Jack gave her as a present on the morning of the wedding. As a surprise, Jack arranged for their French Bulldog, Frank to be among the guests as they said their vows! Maddi’s favourite memory from the day was seeing Jack’s face as she walked down the aisle.
