Emma and Tony - Worth the Wait

Tony and Emma got engaged 23 years ago when she 19 and he was 21 in 1993. It wasn’t a grand proposal, and Tony simply asked “shall we get engaged?”. When they finally got married in 2016, Tony asked her on her 41st birthday at home.

On the big day, Emma’s favourite part was getting ready. The anticipation was so exciting, especially seeing as she had waited years for this day, and she couldn’t wait to finally be married to Tony! She enjoyed the morning so much, and the journey to the ceremony. The couple had their daughter, Ellie, in 2013. Whilst there was no specific theme for their wedding, Ellie’s favourite colour is pink and she wanted to wear a pink dress. So, Emma and Tony decided to honour their daughter and make pink the colour scheme for their wedding day.
