Sarah and Anthony – Beautiful Hotel Wedding in Surrey
Sarah and Anthony had been friends for a long time before they started dating. After 2 years together, they tied the knot at Pennyhill Park on June 23rd 2019. Their day at the stunning hotel wedding venue was captured beautifully by Annabel Farley Photography.
The couple chose Pennyhill Park as their wedding venue as it is somewhere they love to go together and they see it as their special place. The ceremony took place at the outdoor terrace pavilion, gorgeously adorned with flowers matching the pink and blue colour scheme. The bride wore a beautiful fit-and-flare wedding dress with gorgeous lace detailing, sweetheart neckline, and spaghetti straps. Her bridesmaids wore stunning blue, purple and pink dresses in a variety of styles suiting each bridesmaid perfectly. The groom wore a blue, three-piece suit and his groomsmen wore navy suits.
A highlight of the ceremony was the couple’s friend Lesley reading out a beautiful poem. Then it was time for food! As a starter, there was roasted plum tomato soup with basil pesto and parmesan topped bread rolls. Then, for the main course, there was supreme corn-fed chicken braised leg, potato terrine, caramelized cauliflower puree, stem broccoli, wild mushrooms, and chicken jus. Finally, for dessert, there was chocolate mousse with cherry compote, white chocolate kirsch whipped ganache, and cherry ice cream. The couple then gave out M&Ms with their faces on as favours!
A live band led the newlyweds in their first dance and soon the guests joined them in celebration! The whole day was a magical experience thanks to a spectacular venue and a wonderful photographer who made their wedding photos relaxed, natural, and very special. Sarah and Anthony then went to Antigua for their honeymoon. We wish them very many happy returns for the future.
