Ali and Scott are proud MINI owners, so it was more than fitting that their romance started when they met at a classic MINI show. The couple started dating, travelling between Ali's home in Oxford and Scott's in Surrey; Scott made the move to Oxford in 2012. On their three year anniversary, Scott got down on one knee, producing a ring box which contained a Haribo ring and a token reading "one token for any ring you choose."
After two years of planning, Ali and Scott got married at The Manor Country House Hotel.  They purposefully parked their MINIs at the venue throughout the day, reminding their guests of how they met. The exciting colour scheme was also based on the couple's most prized possessions. Every aspect of the day was carefully planned and even the wedding favours mimicked embarrassing stories or facts about the couple. With a hog roast and lively disco, Ali and Scott didn't want their fairytale to end.
