I've been trying to lose weight (slowly but surely!) since November and am proud to have shed off about 10 pounds, yay! My friend sent me the link www. cooktostayfit. com where I was able to get several easy, fat-burning recipes. I'm planning to lose a more pounds before the big day and so I'm aiming to at least go cycling or jogging like once or twice a week. I am very busy so the workout part is a challenge to me. Anyone want to share their fitness routine for the big day and beyond?
