The stained-glass windows featured around the hotel are from the original manor house and provide the perfect mix of traditional characteristics combined with the modern facilities. Our beautifully landscaped gardens are the perfect setting for outdoor ceremonies and for you and your guests to enjoy drinks and canapés before your delicious wedding breakfast.

Sunday’s are sweet here at Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel! Starting January 2024 for any Sunday Wedding booked throughout 2024, 2025 or 2026 get a free sweet cart added to any wedding package booked for a minimum of 40 adult guests.

FAQs

We don't offer exclusive use of the full venue due to the size and that we have multiple suites available. We do however have the Private Central Park Suite which has exclusive use of our NEW secret garden starting from 2024

Yes, all our suites are licensed for civil ceremonies, as well as our outdoor areas. We have spaces available for all sizes from a minimum of 2 upto a maximum of 400.

Yes, we are licensed for outdoor ceremonies in both our main garden and NEW secret garden.

There would be a corkage charge to supply your own wine for the tables.

For multi cultural weddings we offer the option of a self catering package due to our kitchen being unable to provide authentic catering. Any catering companies hired would need to provide all the relevant certification required.

It would usually be the morning of from 9am. If we are able to offer earlier access the day before we will, but cannot guarantee this availability until the week of.

Bar closes 12:30am and music to finish with guests departure at 1:00am

No we don't have noise restrictions.

Yes we allow fireworks and have our own fireworks package.

Biodegradable confetti only to be thrown outside. We recommend the dried flower petals as a lovely environmentally friendly alternative.

We don't allow real flame candles for insurance purposes. However you are now able to get very realistic LED candles which are a fabulous and safe alternative.

We do have a bridal suite as well as several large suites with separate bedroom and living space which act as an ideal alternative especially for bridal parties staying the night prior.

We have a total of 100 bedrooms on site as well as plenty of free on site parking.

There are various local hotels but with the amount of accommodation we have to offer is generally not needed.

Yes we are a dog friendly venue and love the fact that you can now have your furry best friend in attendance at civil ceremonies!
