About Shrivenham Memorial Hall

Wonderful wedding reception in Shrivenham, Wiltshire. Our Cotswold stone venue has a beautiful open ceiling with wooden beams making it feel like a barn. Our wedding package includes at least two rooms and a kitchen. The maximum capacity is for 200.

The main hall has a fine hammerbeam ceiling said to be a copy of that in St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.

It has an oak floor and leaded windows. The main hall seats 120 for a formal dinner or 140 for buffet style dining.

Facilities include a bluetooth sound system with 2000w speakers which can be used as a PA and also for music or a band.



The Vic Day Hall is light and airy with fine views over the Recreation Ground. This also has an oak floor and an original fireplace. It seats 50 people and can be used for overflow dining or as a bar and/or quiet area.



Our wedding package offers exclusive use of these two rooms from 4pm Friday afternoon to 11am Sunday morning.

We may be able to offer other rooms subject to availability at an extra cost.



The front lawn has a beautiful aspect for photographs and the rear of the building has an enclosed grassed area.



The cost for our Wedding package is £1040 with a reduction to £920 if the Bride, Groom or parents of live in the Parish of Shrivenham.
