Himley Hall is an eighteenth century Grade II* listed building set in 180 acres of ‘Capability Brown’ landscaped parkland. As the former historic home of the Earls of Dudley, Himley Hall was a lavish, up-to-date home, so fashionable that in the 1930s it was a regular weekend retreat for Royal visitors, including Edward, Prince of Wales. In 1934 the Duke and Duchess of Kent spent the first two weeks of their honeymoon at Himley.
