The Challis Suite holds 150 guests for a wedding breakfast and then up to 200 total guests for the evening reception. Light wooden flooring and a calming stylish interior has that Wow factor and offers a contemporary feel. Charming antler chandeliers adorn the beams and the marble topped bar creates an impressive feature, as well as being fully stocked with the latest draught beers, wines and spirits. Full of natural daylight, floor to ceiling windows overlook the French styled courtyard.
Licenced for indoor and outdoor ceremonies for 150. Our romantic Barn Room has a vaulted ceiling with English Oak Beams, arched mirrors and ring chandeliers. The outdoor lawn nestles within a secluded tree lined glade and has a bespoke white wooden gazebo for exchanging your vows.
Guest accommodation includes 26 hotel rooms and 7 self-catering lodges. To compliment your overnight stay, we have a health club, swimming pool with hot tub, sauna and steam room and a luxury beauty salon. We include a Full English Breakfast, freshly cooked by our own chefs and served to you in our new Phoenix Restaurant.

FAQs
We only ever hold one wedding a day, so you can be rest assured, the wedding function rooms are all private spaces solely for your use. We do of course have golfers here but they have their own bar and changing facilities, so you do not mix. You also have your very own private bar.
Yes, up to 150 guests both inside and outside
We have a beautiful oak tree secluded glade, which surrounds our beautiful lawn. There is a pretty white gazebo within which you say the I do's. We can even make a decision on the day to go inside, in case the weather is looking a little uncertain.
Unfortunately do not offer a corkage option. We have an excellent range of still red, white and rose wines, as well as English Sparkling wine, Prosecco and Champagne, all at reasonable prices.
We have our own team of excellent chefs, who use only the best of ingredients to create your wedding menus. We do have to say no to outside caterers. We also offer our couples a free wedding tasting.
08.30 am on the day of your wedding

Yes in the outside courtyard area. It just needs to be biodegradable too.
No naked flames in the ceremony room or on the lawn but you can use battery lit candles. We allow naked flames in the Challis Suite.
Yes and we offer this to all Bride and Grooms on your wedding night free of charge. Check in is from 2.30 pm on your wedding day and check out is 10.30 am the next day.
Yes we have a total of 25 hotel rooms available to you and we now have a Getting Ready Room too, if you prefer not to stay the night before your wedding.
There is plenty of hotel accommodation on offer in Crawley which is the closest and 2 miles away.
