Brookfield Barn is a beautiful, rustic barn venue. Licensed for civil ceremonies, the barn itself has a capacity of up to 130, with the venue also offering a separate bar and lounge, on-site accommodation and stunning views over the lake and grounds

The exposed oak framed barn at Brookfield Barn is currently being built using traditional methods. It will offer panoramic views of the extensive grounds and the lake. The barn is linked directly to the large lounge and bar (with draught beers). It is a venue that will work for whatever the British weather throws at you! If the sun is shining it also offers an outdoor ceremony option overlooking the lake.

All bookings are for all day exclusive hire and includes the Bridal suite. There are a further six newly decorated contemporary bedrooms. The Barn comfortably seats up to 130 guests for the ceremony and wedding breakfast, with up to 70 additional guests in the evening.

Brookfield Barn offers a selection of six high quality caterers, so you’re sure to find the perfect one for your style of wedding. Beyond this you are welcome to bring in your own suppliers. There is no corkage charge for welcome drinks and wine to accompany your meal should you wish to supply yourself.

Brookfield Barn also offers some modern twists, including HD cameras in the barn to give you the option of streaming your ceremony online for those who can’t physically be there; PA systems for speeches and wedding ceremony music that can be controlled from your mobile; and dedicated internet line for high speed internet access.

Brookfield Barn is situated close to Horsham, Gatwick and is within easy reach of Guildford, Brighton and south London.
