St James School is a stunning grade II listed building located in Ashford Surrey. Dating back to 1857 this beautiful building is perfect for your wedding in Surrey, surrounded by luscious grounds and lakes.

Offering a range of rooms and spaces to host either an intimate wedding party or a large lavish wedding, with the option to have a marquee or tipi in our extensive grounds.

Licensed for civil ceremonies our unique venue also boasts a chapel on premise for religious ceremonies.
